WALKING IN DIVINE POSSIBILITY

WALKING IN DIVINE POSSIBILITY

Text: LUKE 18:27: Jesus replied, “What is impossible with man is possible with God.”  LUKE 1:37: For with God nothing shall be impossible.

INTRODUCTION:
Let us examine the word IM-POSSIBLE, the Greek word for impossible is ADÝNATOS (ad-oo'-nat-os) meaning unable, powerless
Let us also examine the word possibility: the Greek word to possibility is DYNATÓS (doo-nat-os') meaning powerful, able (i.e. properly, able, describing what is made possible because of the power (ability) exerted by the subject; "preeminent ability or power in something")
In other words, when we replace the word impossible with the origin word in Greek, then the scripture will read: what is adynatos with man is dynatos with God or For with God nothing shall be Adynatos i.e. what is powerless/unable with man is powerful/able with God or For with God nothing shall be powerless/unable
God has great power of possibility, there is nothing we want, desire or need that is not available in God’s power, certain imagination may be difficult for us to understand because we are made of flesh but All things whatsoever  are subjected to the ruling of the power of God. There are different scripture that explain the power of God. For example: Psalm 62:11Once God has spoken; twice have I heard this:
that power belongs to God,”
Jeremiah 10:12It is he who made the earth by his power, who established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding stretched out the heavens.”
God is capable to handle whatever might seems too hard or impossible for man. There is no trouble you are going through now that God cannot save you from it, no matter how mighty or big or complicated it might look. God is capable of taking care of it by his power: Psalm 79:11May the groans of the prisoners come before you; with your strong arm preserve those condemned to die.”  The worst thing that can happen to a man’s destiny is to cut short the destiny by untimely death and God said in psalm 79:11 that he will preserve( defend, save, care for, protect) those that are condemned( fated, pre destined, damned, destined) to die. How great God we serve, my condemnation is not the end of my life, If what the enemy has done is to condemned me I still have hope in God because he care for my helplessness. I might be a prisoner(criminal, convict, hostage, jailbird or captive) my freedom might have been take away from me, in all this because I know that I serve God that is powerful, he will deliver me. I am qualified for his divine possibility by grace. Ephesians 2:8 - For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: [it is] the gift of God.  Romans 11:6 - And if by grace, then [is it] no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if [it be] of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

HOW DO I WALK IN DIVINE POSSIBILITY

1.      THINK POSSIBILITY:
Philippians 4:8 - Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things [are] honest, whatsoever things [are] just, whatsoever things [are] pure, whatsoever things [are] lovely, whatsoever things [are] of good report; if [there be] any virtue, and if [there be] any praise, think on these things. 2 Corinthians 10:5 - Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalted itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;  ANOTHER TRANSLATION OF BIBLE SAYS: Philippians 4:8 (Common English Bible) From now on, brothers and sisters, if anything is excellent and if anything is admirable, focus your thoughts on these things: all that is true, all that is holy, all that is just, all that is pure, all that is lovely, and all that is worthy of praise. The bible does not give us permission to think of our impossibility; the truth of God’s word is that we will encounter things that may seem impossible to us because we are flesh and blood. God does not guarantee a trouble free life but he guarantees the power to overcome all troubles. He has given us a simple instruction think possibility so that you can come into your possibility, Cast down all imagination and thought to the obedience of Christ Jesus. Good news translation of Proverb 4:23be careful how you think; your life is shaped by your thoughts. The facet of your life now is as a result of what you have engage your mind with, God has ordained a reflection of our life through our mind, so if you what to see divine possibility in your life; start to think possibility in all ways. That is FAITH, faith is thinking possibility.
Romans 12:2 - And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what [is] that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

2.      CONFESS POSSIBILITY:
Matthew 15:11 - Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man. Hebrews 13:5 - [Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. Proverbs 18:21 - Death and life [are] in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Romans 10:13 - For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. It si only those that call upon the name of the lord that will be saved, the fact that you did not call upon him does not change his grace and power to save or he is not capable of taking out of your troubles, he know what you are going through but God will not bend his principle for any man, therefore we are the one that must understand his ways and abide by it. If you expect divine possibility begin to confess it. Proverbs 18:21 saith life and death are in the power of tongues; that means there is a power of tongue! It goes further to say that they that love it shall eat the fruit; this will be make clearer in the following translations Amplifier bible: Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life]. Complete Jewish bible: The tongue has power over life and death; those who indulge (cherish, protect care for) it must eat its fruit.  Common English Version: Words can bring death or life! Talk too much, and you will eat everything you say. The Stands of God’s word concerning confession is clear, and simple confess what you want in your life and you will see it happening for you. Now, note this: because you have the power to change your life with your confession will not change the fact about life challenging, but when you see what is not yours reflecting in your life; God has given you power to change to what you want by your confession.

3.      ACTS POSSIBILITY: Ephesians 2:10 “For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” James 2:18 “But someone will say, “You have faith and I have works.” Show me your faith apart from your works, and I will show you my faith by my works.” 2 Peter 1:5 “For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith virtue (good value/good worth); and to virtue, knowledge James 2:14 “What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? 1 Peter 1:13 “Therefore, prepare your minds for action; be self-controlled; set your hope fully on the grace to be given you when Jesus Christ is revealed.” Ephesians 6:10-1310 finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have DONE everything, TO STAND.

There is no amount of the knowledge of God’s word that you may have that can enact God’s benefit of his principle without acting on it. There is always the doing to stand. It was what you have done that we help you to stand against the schemes of the devil. This another principle of fact, emphasizing that the day of trouble is part of life of  a man, there are days when our enemy, the devils will put up his schemes against us, you don’t have to be sinful to before the devil put a scheme at you, because you are saved and righteous is one major reason why he will want to scheme you out of your comforts but God said, having DONE ALL – YOU WILL BE ABLE TO STAND against him. Your Action is as important as the Thinking and Confession, each of these 3 steps are powerful individually.

IN CONCLUSION: There is a promise of divine possibility for your, if you can believe Gods word and take to all this 3 steps, you will come into great possibility that you can never imagine that will happen to you.

God want to take up your case,1 Timothy 2:5For there is one God and one mediator( intermediary/negotiator/liaison agent between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus” why then are you struggle all alone, why are you running as if you don’t have an umpire that will protect you, why are living as if you are fatherless. God is your father, mother brother, your umpire, your deliver and protector. Why don’t you release yourself for him and watch out for great and mighty things he will do in your life.

If you are not yet saved, you can’t come into this divine possibility, the promise of divine possibility is only for those that have confessed their sins, repent of it and ask Jesus Christ to come into their life to help them live a new life. DIVINE POSSIBILITY is part of the promise of a new life in Christ Jesus. If you can do that now; you will be privilege to enjoy this promise in your life.

BREAKING OUT OF LIMITATION

Breaking Out of Limitation

Text: Judges 11vs1-11

Now dJephthah the Gileadite was ea mighty warrior, but he was the son of a prostitute. Gilead was the father of Jephthah. And Gilead’s wife also bore him sons. And when his wife’s sons grew up, they drove Jephthah out and said to him, “You shall not have an inheritance in our father’s house, for you are the son of another woman.” Then Jephthah fled from his brothers and lived in the land of fTob, and worthless fellows collected around Jephthah and went out with him.
After a time the Ammonites made war against Israel. And when the Ammonites made war against Israel, the elders of Gilead went to bring Jephthah from the land of fTob. And they said to Jephthah, “Come and be our leader that we may fight against the Ammonites.” But Jephthah said to the elders of Gilead, “Did you not hate me and drive me out of my father’s house? Why have you come to me now when you are in distress?” And the elders of Gilead said to Jephthah, “That is why we have turned to you now, that you may go with us and fight against the Ammonites and hbe our head over all the inhabitants of Gilead.” Jephthah said to the elders of Gilead, “If you bring me home again to fight against the Ammonites, and the Lord gives them over to me, I will be your head.” 10 And the elders of Gilead said to Jephthah, i“The Lord will be witness between us, if we do not do as you say.” 11 So Jephthah went with the elders of Gilead, and the people jmade him head and leader over them. And Jephthah spoke all his words kbefore the Lord at lMizpah.

What is LIMITATION? something that limits a quality or achievement, the act of limiting or the condition of being limited.

Limitation is synonymous to constraints, restriction or drawbacks; this are things that prevent us from moving forward or expand our territorial capacity, they constitute struggles and frustration in the life of a man. Limitation does not respect personality; it cannot determine human nature but have capacity to withhold the nature of a man.

Limitation of Jephthah is the genesis of his troubles and this begins with his mother, sometimes our limitations in life are parental while some are individualize. There are several limits that we are battling with right now that the origin is from our parent, it could be background deficiency, financial inadequacy, spiritual incapacitation or educational restriction, in whatever dimension it is, we are more that our limitations. Limitation does not determine our true person. The fact that Jephthah mother is a prostitute creates a very unacceptable atmosphere that makes life a very unbearable and hopeless place for him. His limitation are quite much But his true person cannot be change no matter how much or how big limitation can present itself. Jephthah is a mighty man of warrior, whether his mother was a prostitute or not or he is an illegitimate child or not.

Some of Jephthah limitations are as follows:
1. Illegitimate child 2. Abandoned by mother 3.Mother’s background as prostitute 4.Bitter resentment (thrown out of his father’s house) 5. Injustice over his inheritance 6.Economic recession (mingle with worthless fellows) 7. Rejected by brothers and families 8. Limited by opportunities.

But all this mentioned limitation as we can identify them does not change the eternal composition of Jephthah ability, it does not define who Jephthah is, there is no amount or magnitude of limitations that can change who you are in God. Who you are is divinely composed and cannot be change by earthly designed physical or spiritual limitations. Gods dealing with man is according to who he created him to be not according to his limitation or challenges. Seldom, most deadly limitation that destroy man is internal which is the capacity of the devil to make you believe who you are not..

HOW DO I BREAK OUT OF MY LIMITATIONS
  1.  MAKE A CHOICE:Deut30vs19 s I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that tI have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live; Breaking out of Limitation is a personal responsibility, you have to make a decision because breaking out of your limits is not going to be an easy road so you have to determine to fight the battle, your strong conviction of readiness is your strength to overcome. You have to stand to face your limitations, fight it and conquer it. Before you begin to see changes from your outside, you must have win the battle of the inside, the victory over limitation comes within, to break out you have to make a choice.
  2. BE A MAN OF FAITH: Heb11vs32-34 And what more shall I say? For the time would fail me to tell of Gideon and Barak and Samson and Jephthah, also of David and Samuel and the prophets: 33 who through faith subdued kingdoms, worked righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, 34 quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, became valiant in battle, turned to flight the armies of the aliens. It Pleases God for you to break out of your limitation, after making that decision and choose to break out, the next thing is to increase your faith. You have to come to a level that you entrust your entire life to Jesus, he has capacity to deliver you, and he is our present help in time of need. He is God that is able to change all things and he himself never change.
  3. BE A MAN OF PEACE: Judge11vs12-14 “he resolved injustice with forgiveness and blessing, there was no bitterness or strife in his heart. Also ths scripture confirm it by saying follow peace with all men, ps34vs14 God said that we should seek peace and pursuit it,Mk9vs50 God expectation for us is to live in pece with each other,ps37vs37 it is in your peace that your future lies, there is future for a man of peace. If you really want to live or break out of your limitation, you have to be a man of peace.
  4. BE A MAN OF POWER: Judges11vs29 identifying your gifting and developing it have capacity of making you a very powerful person, it is essential that you work on your self so that you can become very powerful  in what God has deposited in your life. To break-out of your limitation, you need the spirit of truth and power which is the holy spirit. In breaking out there is disconnection and connection process, you have to disconnect yourself from the lies of the enemy about your limitation and connect to the truth of God for your life.
CONCLUSION:
What could your Limitation be? God is able to empower you to overcome your limitations, what God does is empowerment.Eph3vs20 God is magnificent in power, bigger than limitation, problems or challenges of any kind whatsoever, God’s power is at work in YOU.

UNFOLDING THE ETERNITY IN THE HEART OF MAN

UNFOLDING THE ETERNITY IN THE HEART OF MAN
TEXT: ECC3VS11
NAS: 1 He has made everything [a]appropriate in its time. He has also set eternity in their heart; [b]yet so that man will not find out the work which God has done from the beginning even to the end.
NKJV: 11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.
NIV: He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet[a] no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.

What is eternity?

1. Infinite or unending time.

2. A state to which time has no application; timelessness.

God has finished the work of creation in 6th days, and since then all things we could ever think or imagine has be made in all. But each of what God has made have time and season to unfolds, it is set to be beautiful at the time of its unfolding. God’s assignment in our life has been finished from the beginning to the end, God is not doing the work of creation in any man’s life anymore, he has finished it from the beginning, that means what you will become or achieve in life has been finished and deposited in you while you are still in your mother’s womb and yet to be born into this world. Whatever comes to you as a desire, expectation or interest has been completely made available to you at the beginning of your life? We cannot fathom the eternity in our heart, we cannot fathom the unending time that has been set in the heart of man.

Every of our daily activities have been pre-programmed by God, what we do daily as we go by our daily assignment is the unfolding of what has already been pre-programmed by our maker (GOD). God has designed us to have everything we need in our life from the beginning our life is synonymous to a wrapped food that we cannot eat until it is unwrapped, we cannot enjoy what God has already done from the beginning to the end unless we find out how to unwrap the benefits of our existence. Our quest in life is to solve the puzzle of the wrapped food.

Also, all that God has done from the beginning to the end is synonymous to software; software cannot be beneficial to the user if it’s not activated and duly skilled by the user. That is if the user is not adequately skilled on how the software works it will not benefit the user, also if the user knows how it works and not activate it,; it’s still going be of no benefits to the user. God has pre-programmed our life for all the best that our life may require to live to its fullness but we need to be skilled on what god has given to us and also activate it.

The eternity in the heart of man cannot be fathom because we have not positioned ourselves to be skilled for activation process of what God has done in us from the beginning to the end.
Most believer skills have lost its efficacy, which is why we struggle to unfolds the eternity that has been set in our heart. God will not set an eternity in our heart if he does not want us to unfolds it, Deut29vs29 29 The secret things belong unto the Lord our God: but those things which are revealed belong unto us and to our children for ever, that we may do all the words of this law.

How can I Sharpen my Believer’s Skill to unfolds eternity that God has set in my Heart

1.Praying Skills: Jer 29vs12-14: 12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.14 And I will be found of you, saith the Lord: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the Lord; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive.
Prayer is a way offered by the Holy Spirit to reach God.  It is not merely a question or an entreaty. It is a skilled that we need to sharpen so that we unfolds the eternity in our heart, prayer is a strategy to seek and search for the eternity that God has done from the beginning.

Jeremiah 33:3: Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

The eternity in our heart is unknown to us despite the fact it’s in us, but if we sharpen our praying skills, God will show us the unknown within us. Our eternity is great and might, our divine composition is great and mighty but the only way to unfolds this greatness is to sharpen our praying skill…we have to become a praying machine.

2. Praising Skills: Ps78we will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the Lord, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done. Praise, according to the Scriptures, is an act of our will that flows out of an awe and reverence for our Creator. Praise gives glory to God and opens us up to a deeper union with Him. It turns our attention off of our problems and on the nature and character of God Himself.
As we focus our minds on God and proclaim His goodness, we reflect His glory back to Him. The results can fill you with peace and contentment (Isaiah 26:3) and transform your outlook on life. Another skills that we need to sharpen is our praising skills, in praise God reveals himself with clarity, he give us the understanding of thing that has been done that we have not yet seen Ps71For thou art my hope, O Lord God: thou art my trust from my youth.By thee have I been Holden up from the womb: thou art he that took me out of my mother's bowels: my praise shall be continually of thee.I am as a wonder unto many; but thou art my strong refuge.Let my mouth be filled with thy praise and with thy honour all the day.

If we must unfolds the eternity in the heart of man, we have to learn to praise the one that set the eternity in our heart so that he can reveal to us what that is done but we are have not known.

3. Learning Skills/Studying Skills: Roman 15vs4: For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that we through the patience and comfort of the Scriptures might have hope. We need to deeply involve in study the word of God for us to receive clarity on what God has already been done in our life. The word of God is available for us to learn the proceeds on how eternity can be unfold from us, because everything written is written for our learning. Pss119vs8: 18 open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things from your law.
What studying of God’s word does is to open our insight to the knowledge of God proceedings in unfolding the works of God that has been finished from the beginning in our life.
Conclusion:
The eternity that God has set in our heart is simply our desire to become all that God has made us to be in this life and generation, to be able to come into the fullness of God wondrous works in our life, we have to understand the principle of sharpening our skills. Let work by rules of the software and the user, so that we can live and enjoy our life to fullness.
